Your Internet Card limit is restricted to 20% of your overall primary card limit, minimizing your risk exposure when you shop online.

Since the Internet card has a restricted limit and a different account number and verification code from your primary card, the rest of your credit limit is not at risk when you shop online. Further, name and card details are printed and not embossed on your card, ensuring it cannot be used for purchases where manual imprinters are used to record transactions.

What is the Persian Gulf Internet Card?
The Persian Gulf Internet Card is designed to be used solely for internet purchases. It is linked to your Persian Gulf Commercial Bank Primary Persian Gulf Credit / Charge Card but, for additional security, has been assigned a different account number and verification code.
Where can I use my Persian Gulf Internet Card?

Your Persian Gulf Internet Card can only be used for purchases on the Internet. You cannot use it for purchases through Point of Sale Machines and manual imprinters at retail outlets or restaurants.

Additionally, you will not be able to withdraw cash at ATMs using this card. For purchases at retail outlets and restaurants or withdrawing cash at ATMs you must use your Primary Persian Gulf Credit Card or other supplementary cards.

How do I use my Persian Gulf Internet Card?
When filling the online payment form on the website from where you wish to make a purchase, enter your card number along with the expiry date (which is the same as your Primary Persian Gulf Credit / Charge Card). On some sites, you may also be asked for the Card Verification Code.
Where can I find the Card Verification Code?
This is a unique number assigned to your Persian Gulf Internet Card to complete financial transactions on the Internet.
It is printed on the face of the card.
Can I continue to use my Persian Gulf Internet Card even after closing my Primary Persian Gulf Credit Card account?
No. Your Persian Gulf Internet Card is linked to your primary card and will only be usable until the primary card is active.
Do I need a Cash Withdrawal PIN for my Persian Gulf Internet Card?
No. You do not need a PIN as you cannot withdraw cash with your Persian Gulf Internet Card.
Why is there no magnetic strip on the Persian Gulf Internet Card?
The Persian Gulf Internet Card does not bear a magnetic strip as it is designed only for Internet and other purchases where physical presentation of the card is not required.For security, it cannot be used by anyone at Point of Sale Machines or ATMs.
What is the Credit Limit on my Persian Gulf Internet Card?

You can have a maximum of 20% of your Primary Persian Gulf Credit Card limit.

The Limit assigned to your Persian Gulf Internet Card is part of the overall Credit Limit on you Primary Al islami Credit Card.

What should I do if my Persian Gulf Internet Card is lost or stolen?
In case your Persian Gulf Internet Card is lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 0097146092222 (from within the UAE or overseas).
We will block your card and issue you a new one.
How should I make payments against my Persian Gulf Internet Card?
Transactions on your Persian Gulf Internet Card will be part of your Persian Gulf Card Statement.
The Internet Card billing will be shown in the same way as Supplementary Card billing is shown in your Card Statement.
You can make these payments by cheque or cash at our branch counters, by cheque and money transfer at ATMs, Cash & Cheque Deposit Machines (CCDMs), by cheque at any of our drop boxes or by Persian Gulf Phone Banking.
