To help customers during this difficult time and in line with the directives of regulatory authorities, starting 15 March to 31 December 2020, PGCB has put in place special finance postponement schemes as well as waivers
and benefits on Credit & Debit Card services.
If you are impacted due to the COVID 19 situation (unpaid leave / reduced salary), you can apply/enroll in the PGCB Relief Scheme i.e. Installment Deferment
of your:
(1) Personal Finance and/or Auto Finance via PGCB Online Banking (https://online.pgcbank.com).
STEPS:
No Debit or Credit Card? No Problem. You can register for PGCB Online Banking even if you do not have a Debit or Credit card. Simply register as a new user and select “NON CARD HOLDER”, and call PGCB Phone Banking to generate your OTP. Click here to register.
(2) Credit Card; please contact us via any of the following channels with relevant proof of financial stress at least 15 days prior to your due date (i.e. letter from employer, HR confirmation, etc.);
(3) For Home Finance related deferment requests, please write to: Home.finance@pgcbank.com
(4) If you have lost your job, please email the supporting documentation to: Collection.HelpDesk@pgcbank.com
